Providing Health Care with Concern America Field Volunteer Rubelci in Colombia

“There have been occasions when it is necessary to treat patients in the clinic, and we do this with the necessary protection measures and the least amount of necessary personnel. Rosa is an excellent promoter and during this time she has focused on attending to and following up on patients with chronic degenerative diseases; in Riosucio these patients suffer from hypertension and diabetics, and we ensure that Rosa always has on hand the amount of medicine necessary to be able to care for these patients.

Oneida has worked a lot with pregnant women and during this time has attended 4 deliveries, the last one last night, and I was present by phone throughout the event and there were no complications. Oneida is very capable in her work.

Sister Elisabet is another of the promoters and member of our local team who has been working very hard, seeing patients and delivering medicine to those who cannot leave home.”
